A: No, we deliver our products in NZ only.

Q: How much the shipping cost?

A: The website will automatic calculate your shipping cost, please have a play and see. For example, one plant freight to North Island suburb is $10,South Island suburb $15, North Island rural $16, South Island rural $21. Two plants freight to North Island suburb is $12, South Island suburb $18, NorthIsland rural $18, South Island rural $24... 

Q: How long takes to receive my order?

A: In general, shipping takes 1-2 business days to North Island, 2-3 working days to far North. 2-3 working days to South Island, 3 days to lower South Island, plus an additional 1-2 days for rural area.  Please notice the latest dispatch time for North Island is Thursday at 12pm, South Island is Wednesday at 12pm. Payment and order  received after this time, will be dispatched on following Monday.

Q: When orchid plants will be available?

A: Cymbidium orchids are available from May to November, peak season in August/September. Phalaenopsis orchids are available from September to April. Slipper orchids are available from June to Oct.

Q: Why some varieties are available and some not?

A: Different varieties are flowering in different time, for example Baltic Glacier ‘Mint Ice’ is flowering in June -August. Ann Devlin ‘Waikanae Apricot’ is flowering in September -October.

Q: What size the plant and are they in blooms?

A: Most of our Cymbidium orchid plants are in 2 L pots, 4 years old plants, with 3 bulbs to 5 bulbs. Yes, all our plants you are buying come with flowers. The plant is about 60 cm to 80 cm tall. 

Q: Would be in a good condition when I receive my plant?

A: We pack our plants carefully in cellophane sleeve to protect the flower spikes, then wrap the whole plant in a corrugated cardboard. So orchid should arrive in a reasonable condition.

 If any damage occurred, please take photos and email us immediately, we will credit or replace your order.  

Q: How often should I water my orchid plant?

A: In general, water once a week in Winter, twice a week in Spring/ Autumn, three times or every day in hot Summer months.
