Sales and return policy:
Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind. In the rare case your plant has suffered severe damage on its journey please keep your plant inside the packaging it arrived in and reseal. Contact us within two working days with photos of the damaged plant in its packaging (before resealing) so we can lodge a claim with our courier provider and organise for your plant to be returned, and replacement or refund provided. Please notice, we will not refund the shipping cost.
